The Science Behind Nutribar – Clinical Study
What sets a great weight loss product apart from others is its scientific support to confirm its safety and efficacy. Nutribar has conducted numerous studies to evaluate the effectiveness of its products in weight loss, fat loss and overall body composition and dimension improvements as well as satiety (feeling of fullness) and taste acceptability. Each study has confirmed that Nutribar is a safe and effective method of weight loss.

One of the important findings in recent clinical studies was Nutribar’s effectiveness in keeping you full for hours. By having a product that keeps you satiated, you are able to decrease your food intake without enduring high levels of hunger between meals. In fact, studies show Nutribar to produce greater reductions in hunger and greater increases in fullness than conventional low-calorie foods.

In a recent clinical study, participants fasted overnight and replaced their first meal of the day with Nutribar. They were then asked to rate their satiety over time. Respondents reported feeling satisfied for up to 6 hours after eating the bar. Compared to other foods used in clinical studies that are close in calories and micro/macro nutrients, Nutribar is shown to be superior. Most shakes can keep you feeling full for about 4 hours. Nutribar keeps you feeling full for up to 6 hours – or up to 2 hours longer.

Participants in the Nutribar study also reported losing pounds and inches off their waists. Subjects in the study were told to replace one or two meals a day with a Nutribar for a six-week period. Participants lost an average 8 pounds over the 6 weeks, averaging 1 pound a week, and an average 4 pounds of fat. Females lost more, and they lost more fat on their waist and hips than did the males. Additionally, they reported losing an average of 1.6 inches off their waists, and 1.2 inches off their hips.

The clinical research demonstrated that dieters found Nutribar satisfying and lost weight on the program.

Additionally, the Nutribar weight loss plan has been developed by Nutritionists to ensure you obtain sufficient calories throughout the day, as well as the appropriate amount of protein, carbohydrates, fat and vitamins and minerals.
